Since I started working with clients, many have come to me with sexual concerns, perfectionist parts, low self-confidence, people-pleasing tendencies, difficulties with setting boundaries, attachment challenges, questions around emotional regulation, complex trauma, anxiety, and a desire to build healthy, fulfilling relationships. Again and again, the answer seems to lie in an honest and compassionate approach — because growth can only happen in an accepting environment.
My main method is Internal Family Systems (Level 1), which can lead to deep and meaningful changes in a relatively short time. In addition, I use techniques from CBT and DBT, as well as guided imagery and art-therapy tools, always adapting them to the individual needs of my clients.
I’m not the kind of psychologist who sits silently for 50 minutes — I aim to support my clients with constructive reflections and active engagement. I take a holistic view of the individual, because we are much more than our problems or diagnoses.
I’m genuinely curious about my clients, and I believe strongly in the Rogerian principles of therapy. I focus on what is present and what can grow, rather than on what someone “shouldn’t” be feeling or doing.
I strive to understand my clients deeply, and I work from that place of compassion. My sincere intention is to support my clients in truly feeling well.
