My therapeutic approach is integrative, combining cognitive-behavioral and experiential perspectives.
In therapy, I remain attentive to what unfolds emotionally in the present moment, helping clients notice, name, transform and relate differently to their experiences. When emotions feel overwhelming or confusing, slowing down and creating enough stability to explore them will be our focus. I see therapy as a collaborative process, shaped by each person’s needs, rhythm, and life context.
I work with adults, and also adolescents, experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, periods of transition, or relational challenges.I also work with pregnancy and parenthood-related processes, informed by specific professional training in this area.
