I believes that healing happens in relationships—with ourselves, our bodies, and others. My work centers on helping people reconnect with parts of themselves that have been silenced, hidden, or shaped by survival. I integrate somatic and Internal Family Systems (IFS) approaches where you can explore your inner world with curiosity, not judgment.
I support people navigating the visceral and physical impact of complex trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, religious harm, and deep feelings of disconnection—often showing up as nervous system dysregulation, self-doubt, people-pleasing, or a fear of being truly seen.
With over a decade of experience in community mental health, residential, and private practice settings, I’ve walked alongside folks from many different walks of life—including those in helping professions, immigrants adjusting to new cultures, parents, activists, and those unpacking the impact of whiteness and systemic harm. My practice is guided by anti-oppressive, social justice-centered values, and I bring humility, humor, and deep respect into the work. Whether you’re longing to feel more at home in your body, your relationships, or your story—I’m here to support your process with care and compassion.
