I'm a Colombian Dance Movement Therapist based in the Czech Republic (13+ years in CZ). I work with expat women, migrants, and bicultural couples who feel overwhelmed, stuck in repeating relationship patterns, or disconnected from their body, identity, and sense of direction.
I specialize in migration and cultural transitions, relationships, and identity-related challenges, offering a grounded and compassionate therapeutic space that encourages responsibility, agency, and growth.
I completed a five-year Dance Movement Therapy training in Prague, hold an MA from DAMU (Theatre Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts), and have a background in anthropology. I am a member of TANTER and ADMT Colombia and work with regular professional supervision.
Sessions available for individuals and couples, online worldwide or in person in Litoměřice.
Languages: English, Spanish, Czech.

My approach combines empathy, clarity, and depth. I believe meaningful, lasting change comes from personal commitment and active participation — not quick fixes or miracles. I work in a supportive, honest, and grounded way, helping clients face challenges with compassion.
I integrate body-based therapy with verbal reflection to support emotional regulation, relational awareness, and practical change. My work is especially suited for expats, migrants, and bicultural couples navigating life transitions, identity shifts, and complex relationship dynamics. I offer a warm, steady therapeutic presence while encouraging responsibility, agency, and sustainable growth.
