About me

I'm a Colombian Dance Movement Therapist based in the Czech Republic (13+ years in CZ). I work with expat women, migrants, and bicultural couples who feel overwhelmed, stuck in repeating relationship patterns, or disconnected from their body, identity, and sense of direction. I specialize in migration and cultural transitions, relationships, and identity-related challenges, offering a grounded and compassionate therapeutic space that encourages responsibility, agency, and growth. I completed a five-year Dance Movement Therapy training in Prague, hold an MA from DAMU (Theatre Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts), and have a background in anthropology. I am a member of TANTER and ADMT Colombia and work with regular professional supervision. Sessions available for individuals and couples, online worldwide or in person in Litoměřice. Languages: English, Spanish, Czech. You are welcome to book a low-commitment introductory call (15 min.) to see if we are a good fit.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Body therapyRecommended for those who want to connect their mind and body to release stress or trauma through physical sensations and movement.
Person-centered approachRecommended for those looking for a supportive, non-judgmental space where they can lead the conversation and explore their feelings at their own pace.
Somatic ExperiencingRecommended for those who want to use the mind-body connection to address the effects of trauma and restore natural regulation of the nervous system.
My approach combines empathy, clarity, and depth. I believe meaningful, lasting change comes from personal commitment and active participation — not quick fixes or miracles. I work in a supportive, honest, and grounded way, helping clients face challenges with compassion. I integrate body-based therapy with verbal reflection to support emotional regulation, relational awareness, and practical change. My work is especially suited for expats, migrants, and bicultural couples navigating life transitions, identity shifts, and complex relationship dynamics. I offer a warm, steady therapeutic presence while encouraging responsibility, agency, and sustainable growth.
