Hi, I'm Eva Kovač, a performance psychologist specializing in talent management, organizational psychology, and sports psychology. I work with a diverse range of clients, athletes, individuals, and organizations across multiple countries, including the EU, USA, India, China, and the UAE, overseeing the development and implementation of well-being programs for organizations. I’ve helped many improve their performance, and well-being, and navigate various challenges and difficult times.
With a deep passion for mental health, I bring a practical, open-minded approach to addressing mental health issues, stress management, and overall employee well-being. My work involves close collaboration with management teams, HR departments, and employees, providing strategies that foster healthier, more productive workplaces.
I hold a Master's Degree in psychology and hold qualifications as a cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist and hypnotherapist and am a Ph.D. candidate in psychology. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of advising and consulting for global organizations such as ADNOC, Tata Consultancy Services, Mayo Clinic, NIS Gazprom, and many more. I also develop mental training programs for elite sports teams, helping them prepare mentally for high-stakes competitions like the World Cup and the Olympic Games.
Throughout my career, I've contributed to various initiatives, including being part of Slovenia's expert group of psychologists during the COVID-19 pandemic to help manage the psychological impact on citizens. Additionally, I’ve been involved in academic roles, such as supporting injured athletes in their mental rehabilitation at the University of Ljubljana, reviewing for the Journal of Human Kinetics, and speaking at conferences worldwide.
Whether it's enhancing employee well-being, guiding athletes to peak performance, or fostering mental health awareness, I am passionate about making a positive impact on individuals and organizations alike.
