I am a registered psychologist with both the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Turkish Psychological Association.
In 2021, I served as a research assistant in a psychological study conducted in Germany, which explored secure attachment in infants. Currently, I work at a private clinic in London, specialising in autism and ADHD, providing therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and their families. I also conduct face-to-face sessions with child, adolescent, and adult clients. In addition, I offer online sessions to adolescent and adult clients from various countries, including Turkey and the UK.
I provide therapy using internationally accredited approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Play Therapy.
The primary issues I address in my sessions include:
Anxiety
Generalised Anxiety Disorder
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Panic Attacks
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Social Anxiety Disorder
Phobias
Anger Issues
Agoraphobia
Depression
Exam Anxiety
As a Clinical Psychologist, I firmly believe that any issue disrupting daily life and impairing functionality is a valid reason to begin therapy. I would be delighted to assist you.
