Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist (CBT) in London
As a Coaching & Clinical Psychologist, I help people conquer well-being challenges using the latest findings from psychology and neuroscience. I use only research-supported strategies such as CBT, Mindfulness and more.
I trained as a Clinical Psychologist in New Zealand and have been living in the UK since 2010. I draw my practical skills from several models of psychological intervention including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and others. I support people to conquer psychological challenges in their personal and professional lives.
I have a down-to-earth, conversational style. I emphasise the importance of setting clear goals and a structured approach to sessions.
