I am born in Croatia and have lived in various countries and worked with people from all different backgrounds.
Through my own experiences of loss, relationship struggles, birth and religious trauma I have become an advocate for people finding their voice, becoming visible and living their heart-felt truth without apology.
My passion is helping people feel more confident, vibrant and free in their personal and professional relationships.

Body therapyRecommended for those who want to connect their mind and body to release stress or trauma through physical sensations and movement.
Group therapyRecommended for those who want to work through their challenges in a supportive group setting and learn from others who share similar experiences.
Somatic coachingRecommended for those who want to use body awareness and movement to release emotional tension and promote personal growth.
I work with individuals, couples and groups.
My focus in sessions is to create an atmosphere of acceptance and safety. We journey together to uncover how the holding in your body relates to the places you feel stuck in life.
In sessions I utilise a very special combination of Somatic Movement therapy and breath-work.
This combination of modalities sheds lights on where you feel physically disconnected from your body. This in turn helps us uncover the parts of yourself that have been rejected and disowned emotionally and mentally.
By accepting and integrating these parts of yourself your interaction with others then starts to change too.
The reason that this approach is so powerful is that we incorporate work on the mental, physical and emotional levels. Most modalities will only address one of these but because we are addressing all three you gain a level of freedom that is not usually accessible.
