About me
My name is Laura, and I’m a psychotherapist based in London, originally from Argentina, with experience working across cultures in Italy and the UK. I hold a degree in Psychology and specialize in supporting adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties, often at times when life feels stuck or out of sync.
Alongside this, I have a growing interest in working with neurodivergent clients, including those with autism and ADHD. Many of the people I work with have spent years trying to adapt to environments that didn’t quite fit, and therapy becomes a space where they can explore their experience with honesty and without pressure to mask or explain.
My background includes work in psychiatric and forensic settings, and I bring training in mindfulness, cognitive assessment, and trauma-informed care. But more than anything, I value creating a therapeutic relationship that feels grounded, thoughtful, and collaborative—where you can begin to feel more connected to yourself and others.
