I have been an Iyengar Yoga teacher for over twenty years, gaining experience working with people's bodies and breath. Psychodynamic Psychotherapy has many parallels with Iyengar Yoga in that it emphasises the individual's needs and the importance of the process.
Having a positive experience of therapy myself has given me a powerful sense of what therapy can offer. I found and continue to find therapy an incredible tool. I work warmly and non-judgementally to support you through changes and emotional challenges. My work is supervised in accordance with BACP standards.
