During my Master’s, I gained experience working as an assistant psychologist, where I learned the skills to create a therapeutic space where you feel safe, seen, and heard, free of any judgement or shame. From that space of awareness and acceptance, we can begin the journey of self-development to get you to where you want to be.
From my experience working as a Mental Health and Behaviour Change coach, I approach personal development through the lens of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Behavioural Activation as well as Mindfulness techniques. At the same time, we’ll also explore how your past experiences have shaped you, your thinking patterns, beliefs, and behaviour. I believe that the combination of understanding your past and taking actions to move forward will increase your self-awareness as well as help you make progress on your goals and dreams.
Disclaimer: I am not a certified Clinical Psychologist. For acute mental health crises, I reccommend seeking support from your GP or a Clinical Psychologist or Psychotherapist.
