I believe that therapy should be a safe space where you can express your feelings and thoughts to an empathic, non-judgmental and committed professional, with whom you can navigate the changes you can make to reduce emotional pain and have a better quality of life.
In therapy I mainly use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which is an evidence-based therapeutic approach that has been shown to be highly effective, even in short terms. I use psycho-educational and evidence-based tools in my sessions and send you some tasks to do on your own so that we can enrich the next session with more information. During the first and second sessions I get to know you better and understand your therapeutic goals, which I then prioritise in subsequent sessions. The frequency of our meetings will be agreed at our first session according to your goals and needs.
I strongly believe that therapy should not be a privilege for some, but should be accessible to all. If you feel you are in need and can't commit to the price, I am open to discussing options with you.

En sesión, utilizo herramientas psicoeducativas y te asigno tareas para enriquecer el proceso. Las primeras sesiones me ayudarán a conocerte y nos ayudarán a definir tus objetivos, que guiarán el proceso. La frecuencia de las sesiones se ajustará la discutiremos según tus objetivos y necesidades.
