I have a diverse background in Social Care, Coaching, Counselling, and Psychotherapy, with extensive experience working across Ireland, the UK, Australia, and the UAE. This international exposure has provided me with a deep understanding of how culture influences personal development, mental health, and coping strategies.
Throughout my career, I have worked with both young people and adults, helping them develop a greater understanding of themselves while equipping them with practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. My approach is integrative, drawing on evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to:
Mental Health & Emotional Well-Being – Anxiety, depression, ADHD, BPD, bipolar disorder, OCD, eating disorders, and grief. Personal Growth & Resilience – Self-awareness, confidence building, and coping strategies. Relationships & Family Support – Navigating family dynamics, relationship challenges, and managing difficult behaviors at home. Academic & Career Development – Addressing academic stress, career planning, and professional growth. Addiction & Homelessness Support – Working with individuals facing substance use challenges and unstable living conditions. My passion lies in creating a safe, non-judgmental, and empowering space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences, fostering lasting personal growth and resilience.
I am a Pluralistic Counsellor and Psychotherapist, trained in Ireland. Pluralism is a collaborative and integrative approach to therapy, grounded in humanistic and person-centered values. This perspective recognizes that each client is unique, and therefore, therapy should be tailored to their individual needs rather than adopting a one-size-fits-all model.
As part of my Master’s studies, I also specialized in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a particular focus on Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These evidence-based approaches provide structured tools to help clients challenge unhelpful thoughts, build resilience, and cultivate psychological flexibility.
My philosophy is that clients are the experts in their own lives—my role is to provide a safe, supportive space where they can explore their experiences, develop self-awareness, and find meaningful ways to navigate life’s challenges. Through a collaborative process, I integrate various therapeutic techniques to best support each individual's journey toward healing and growth.
