I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist working in Los Angeles, California working Virtually for an organization full time as a Clinical Provider and wanted to offer my time helping families and individuals of Ukraine as well as those in the Middle East going through trauma and fear during the current war.

I am a part of the Crisis Response Therapists assisting those affected by the war in the Middle East.

I have great compassion and empathy for what is happening to all those affected and the tremendous trauma that is taking place! I am here to listen, am here to support you.

My approach is mostly CBT( Cognitive Behavior Therapy) as I believe that our thoughts can change our feelings. I also have a mindful spiritual approach as well as solution focused as I offer tools and interventions that can assist in reducing anxiety and depression.

I offer compassionate listening and I create a safe space to invite connection and trust.
