I will work with you to figure out how you developed certain coping mechanisms, and help you to release self-blame and perfectionism.
Together we will explore your inner world to figure out what may be unconsciously tripping you up. Once we have figured out what's happening under the surface, then you can have some control over it, and use new, life-affirming coping mechanisms to build a more contented life.
