I am a qualified Integrative therapist, which is a fancy way of saying that I have many tools available that we can use to work together in a way that suits you.
I grew up in Luxembourg to a British mother and Guyanese father, and have lived much of my life abroad, facing many of the cultural and personal obstacles that come from being a third culture kid, including isolation, loneliness, and burnout. My initial education in Philosophy sparked a curiosity for how we navigate our lives, and this interest in our diversity and beliefs is what drives my self-exploration as well as my approach in therapy, where I invite you to bring any topic that you have on your mind. I am not here to judge. I believe in the uniqueness of each person and I am here to support you throughout your journey in a way that suits you, with curiosity and care.
