Tras formarme como psicóloga en Madrid y realizar un profundo trabajo terapéutico personal, me siento preparada para acompañarte en tu proceso, ayudándote a alcanzar el equilibrio y el bienestar emocional. Nací y crecí en Venezuela, y he vivido en Austria, Panamá, Inglaterra y España. Por eso, comprendo muy bien las dificultades que pueden surgir con el duelo migratorio y los retos de adaptación a nuevos entornos. Mi misión es caminar a tu lado y ayudarte a encontrar la armonía entre tus pensamientos, emociones y acciones. Trabajo desde una perspectiva integradora, combinando diferentes enfoques terapéuticos para adaptarme a tus necesidades. En mi práctica, incluyo el trabajo con trauma, apego y procesos de duelo, así como las constelaciones familiares y la mirada sistémica, porque creo que nuestras relaciones, la familia y los sistemas a los que pertenecemos influyen profundamente en nuestro bienestar emocional.
