A clear vision has moved important steps in my life: making the world a better place. This engine pushed me to study Law and Political Sciences in the University. During this time, year by year, it became clearer to me that in order to change the world, it is first necessary to change people's inner selves.
And there was a important click so it after finishing that studies, the same intention drove me to become certified as an Expert Level Excellent ACTP in Personal and Executive Coaching, Leadership and Emotional Management.
Parallely, my link with the art and fashion industries was already forged. It's been more than 10 years involved in these industries. Also, an insatiable desire to develop myself and discover had led me to live in places like Paris, Iceland, the United Kingdom, Argentina or Greece.
It’s needed for my soul to develop my own works such as my first book ‘Cuando fui humana’; or Creationbyintention, a creative philosophy based on the intention from which we create something, with which I had developed a few accessories series.
Related to the above, my understanding of human beings is as a tremendously infinite entity composed of form/body and soul/essence; the integration of this dual nature is the key to a fulfilling life.
When I heard ‘coaching’ for the first time, I was also sceptical. Fortunately, I trusted what had brought me there and I let myself to get to know it for what it is: a method of accompaniment and deepening, not the miracle formula. The miracle is what happens when you start to live through what you discover with it.

My coaching sessions are spaces of self-encounter for those who do them. They are mainly based on conversations where I mainly intervene through questions that reflect what you need to see in order to move towards where you are heading.
Questions that serve as a mirror and a tool for deepening self-awareness are the most frequent in my intervention. When someone becomes self-aware, things begin to transform. However, if I feel that some feedback or complementary tool can favour the process, I share it after the person’s consent to receive it.
The work is structured in processes that are divided into sessions. Each process is aimed at the objective or purpose that is being sought. And each session will serve to bring us one step closer to that place. All sessions end with an action plan designed to move us closer to what we are looking for.
