I’m a clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst with over eight years of experience offering deep, committed therapeutic listening. I was trained in Brazil, where I also completed postgraduate studies in Eating Disorders and specialized training in Chemical Dependency. I’m currently living in Madrid, where I’m studyng in Intercultural Psychology. I work primarily with Brazilian clients living abroad who seek a therapeutic space with someone who shares their language and deeply understands the cultural layers of migration and emotional life.
My approach combines exploring the emotional roots of symptoms with practical attention to the urgencies of the present. I have extensive experience working with deep psychological suffering, including eating disorders, trauma, identity issues, and emotional relationships. I often work with people who already intellectually understand their struggles but still feel trapped in painful, repetitive patterns. I believe in a therapeutic process that respects psychic time, while also offering structure, clarity, and direction when needed.
My therapeutic style is rooted in psychoanalysis, with a flexible and attentive approach tailored to each person’s unique story. I listen beyond the surface, helping clients explore the emotional roots of their suffering while also supporting them through the challenges of everyday life. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all answers — instead, I offer a consistent, thoughtful space where we can make sense of what feels overwhelming, repetitive, or difficult to name.
Some people come to therapy feeling stuck, lost, or emotionally exhausted — even after understanding their issues on a rational level. I work with them to create space for what hasn’t yet been said or felt, respecting their pace while also offering clarity and containment when needed. My aim is to help each person find a path that feels more alive, connected, and true to who they are.
