About me
A dedicated clinical psychologist, born and raised in Lebanon and moved to Spain 18 years ago. As a war survivor and an immigrant, I developed a high sense of empathy and understanding to the infinity of problems the world has been facing the last decades. As a polyglot, I can conduct sessions in 4 languages, Arabic, French, English and Spanish.

Unfortunately, sometimes irrational beliefs and negative thoughts stand in the way of achieving the desired happiness and emotional well-being. Therefore, I strongly believe that an action-oriented humanistic approach, such as the Rational Emotive Behavior therapy, helps each person identify those beliefs and alter them to healthier and more rational ones.
