About me
My name is Malin, and I am a licensed psychologist in Spain. Throughout my studies and professional training, I have worked with people facing a wide range of psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, and challenges related to identity and life transitions.
Originally from Norway, I spent nearly six years living and studying as an expat in Spain. This gave me firsthand experience into the challenges of adapting to a new culture and environment. I understand how important it is to find a therapist who not only understands your struggles but can also communicate with you in the language that feels most comfortable, so you can truly express yourself. That’s why I offer therapy in English, Norwegian, Spanish, and Swedish.

Therapy with me is a collaborative process. Together, we explore patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may no longer serve you, and develop new ways to relate to yourself and your experiences — always guided by your personal goals and needs.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based methods, primarily cognitive-behavioral and behavioral approaches. We examine your behavior and the surrounding environment to understand what drives your difficulties and what maintains them over time.
Above all, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported in making the changes you want in your life.
