About me
I am a trained Group Analyst and Psychologist, member of UKCP. I have been working in private practice and the NHS in England since 2013. I have also worked in various mental health settings in Greece between 2001 to 2011.
I studied Psychology in Athens and I completed my training on Group Analysis. I also did a Postgraduate Certificate in Psychodynamic Counselling at the University of Oxford. I trained in Mentalization Based Treatment at the Anna Freud Centre and I also completed my training in Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy.
I have a vast experience of working with adults with mental health issues. I have worked many years with patients who have a diagnosis of Personality Disorder and I am also an experienced psychotherapy assessor. I have provided supervision to trainees on Group Analysis.
My approach is synthetic and I always try to understand the needs of my patients and use different aspects form various models of therapy. I have a special interest in the dialogue between psychotherapy and spirituality as well as in nature therapy approaches.
