I am an experienced music psychotherapist, who has been privileged to work with children, young adults and older adults, with a diverse range of diagnoses.
Working through the NHS, various charities and independently, covering themes such as: self-esteem, childhood trauma, neurodiversity - such as Autism Spectrum Disorders, LGBTQIA+, self-harm, ADHD, cultural and identity concerns, anxiety and depression.
I am a person-centred, integrative therapist which means that whatever your situation or experiences, I will provide a safe and confidential space without pressure or expectation. Expressing yourself through music can help to process topics that are challenging or difficult at the moment, with or without having to put words to those feelings immediately.
I currently work online so please do get in touch if you would like to meet for a free consultation.
