About me
I came to psychology from medicine consciously, in adulthood. At the beginning, to understand yourself, to solve your psychological problems, to fill your spiritual needs, to help others. Since then, psychology for me is a way of thinking, a way of life.
I actively practice with clients, as well as create psychological products related to neuroimaging.

In my approach to clients, I focus more not on “Who is to blame?”, but on “What to do?”.
It is very important to understand the reasons for your unhappiness in the past, but it is even more important to let go of old patterns and allow yourself to live happily right now. This is what we are doing.
The method does not heal - the therapist heals with his personality and therapeutic relationship.
Method is just a tool.
An approach is a channel, with its own set of rules, through which your therapist communicates with your personality.
Confidentiality is one of the main ethical principles that guide me.
I work with the whole person, not just the problem. I will help in such cases: Anxiety disorder, OCD, bulimia, depression, stress disorder, child-parent relationships, adaptation problems, impaired self-esteem and more.
