My practice is deeply humanistic, informed by Interpersonal Neurobiology, Hakomi, Gestalt, and Polyvagal Theory.
I work from a principle of wholeness, recognising that we are not separate from our bodies, each other, or the wider world. Coachees are recieved as resourceful, creative, and whole - not in need of "fixing".
I bring a respectful and grounded presence characterised by non-judgement, attunement, and deep listening.
