I’m Amy, and I believe that when you truly understand your mind, you can create a life that works for you - without burning out or bending yourself to fit.
I help women, families, and young people break free from the cycle of overwhelm and self-doubt so they can feel calm, capable, and connected. My neurodivergent-inclusive, trauma-informed coaching is designed to help you trust yourself, regulate your emotions, and navigate life with more ease.
Clients often tell me they start setting boundaries without guilt, making decisions with confidence, and creating daily routines that actually work for their minds. Most importantly, they begin living in a way that feels lighter, calmer, and more like themselves.
My work is grounded in lived experience as a neurodivergent woman, former police officer, and trauma prevention specialist—combined with years of coaching, psychology, and wellbeing practice. I know what it’s like to push through life in survival mode, constantly masking, second-guessing yourself, and running on empty.
That’s why I created my own approach—The Wild Ones Way—a blend of therapeutic coaching, nervous system support, and practical, real-life strategies that honour how your brain actually works. I don’t believe in “one-size-fits-all” fixes. Instead, I help you untangle unhelpful patterns, build emotional self-trust, and design daily life in a way that feels possible and sustainable.
The result? You stop fighting yourself, start listening to yourself, and live with a sense of calm, clarity, and confidence you didn’t think was possible.
