I have struggled with my own mental wellbeing … who hasn’t? I found that when looking online into wellness it seemed impossible to choose what would help and I felt overwhelmed trying to fit this all in with work and nurturing my relationships.
After 7 years of therapy and trying everything from ice baths to sitting in a hot room doing breath work I found a combination that worked for me that I believe will also work for others.
I have trained as a Counsellor and I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and want to make therapy and mindfulness more accessible and understandable for those of us who may be daunted by it.

Whether you are looking to alleviate feelings of anxiety, change unwanted behaviour or looking to work through some past negative experiences, I make it my absolute priority to provide a warm, confidential, and safe space. We will set therapeutic goals and work together and get you to where you want to be. Whether you are looking to alleviate feelings of anxiety or looking to work through some past negative experiences.
Beyond the therapy sessions, I help you look after your well-being better by incorporating habits into your day-to-day life to improve your quality of life and keep you in a positive place even when therapy with me is finished.
I know taking the first step in reaching out for help can be daunting. With the increasingly long NHS waiting list and high prices of therapy, it can be an extremely isolating process. With my supportive, judgment-free approach and reasonable prices (£30 a session), I hope we can work together to get you into a more positive space.
