My work is grounded in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy, which offers a way of understanding how patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating develop over time and continue to shape present experience.
In the early sessions, we may spend some time exploring your life context, relationships and personal history, gradually developing a shared understanding of how current difficulties have emerged. As the work develops, attention often moves more fully into the present, including what arises in your everyday life and in the therapeutic relationship itself.
I work relationally and at depth, supporting reflection and understanding rather than focusing on quick solutions. This approach allows space to work with long-standing themes, emotional difficulties, and questions of meaning and change, at a pace that feels manageable and appropriate.
