About me
I am a licensed and seasoned counselling psychologist practicing in existential approach. I've obtained my MA degree in psychology in Russia, which was followed by a retraining course for psychological counselling. My postgraduate certifications I gained from psychotherapy programs in Lithuania and Switzerland. Since 2013 I have my private practice in Marbella, Spain, the most part of it is online and less in person .
Having spent over 17 enriching years living abroad (Japan, England and Spain), my journey has been a fusion of cultural experiences, academic achievements, and a deep passion in both psychology and human. Living abroad has exposed me to diverse perspectives and enabling me to see the complexities of human existence in varied cultural contexts.
Early musical education helped me to develop an extensive emotional sensitivity, which makes me able to connect with a wide variety of people. The philosophical approach is allowing me to accept human's diversity.
This perspective informs my practice, helping me to connect with individuals from different backgrounds and foster a truly inclusive therapeutic environment.
Currently my professional interest is in the area of working with developmental/complex trauma.

My role as a therapist is to guide and support individuals as they encounter challenges, uncover hidden strengths, and develop resilience. Through collaborative conversations, we work towards discovery of emotional growth, enhancing self-awareness, and cultivating a more fulfilling life.
