I am a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive experience providing psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults. I currently work as an institutional psychologist and deputy director at a Day Center, where I coordinate interdisciplinary teams and therapeutic programs aimed at promoting emotional development and social inclusion for people with disabilities.
Guided by a psychoanalytic orientation and an integrative approach, my work focuses on emotional regulation, assertive communication, and strengthening healthy relationships. I use tools such as psychological interviews, play-based assessment, role play, psychoeducation, and breathing techniques, tailoring each intervention to the unique needs of every individual or family.
I view the therapeutic process as a reflective and trusting space where each person can explore their experiences, find new meanings, and build more authentic and fulfilling ways of living. Sessions available in Spanish.
With over ten years of clinical experience, my therapeutic work is grounded in active, empathic, and reflective listening, focused on understanding each person’s unique history and emotional world. Drawing from a psychoanalytic orientation and an integrative approach, I work with children, adolescents, and adults to support emotional processing, autonomy, and the development of personal resources to face conflict or distress.
I conceive therapy as a shared space of dialogue and discovery, where the patient’s voice holds meaning and transformative potential. Through conversation, play, and reflection, I encourage emotional awareness, assertive communication, and the building of healthier, more authentic relationships.
My goal is to facilitate a genuine process of change in which each person can reconnect with themselves, redefine their experiences, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
