About me

I know what those struggles are like because they have been my struggles. I run my own business; I moved abroad, and I work in an online only capacity. My name is Daniel, and I'm a mental health and wellbeing consultant with over 20 years' experience. I’m fully accredited and use a form of CBT known as Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), as well as clinical hypnotherapy, together with elements of positive psychology. I help international English-speaking expats, digital nomads, C-suite execs, entrepreneurs and SME business owners deal with their stresses and strains and aid them in overcoming their blocks and challenges. If you have a goal in mind, I can help you achieve it. I have worked in a variety of settings, including private practice, private healthcare, occupational health, the NHS and The Priory Hospital. If you are stressed and struggling to cope; if you feel constantly fatigued and on the edge of burnout; if you have worries that you can't seem to shake; if you want to feel more confidence (or less like an imposter) in your chose field; if you would like some tools and strategies to help you navigate your life more effectively, I can help. REBT is a form of cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) that is highly effective as both a form of psychotherapy and a coaching modality (so it's great of life and business coaching). It's also considered a school of thought, so it's a great way of looking at life in a much more calm and productive way. Clinical hypnotherapy uses the power of positive suggestion to tap into the power of the unconscious mind and also works well as both a form of therapy and as a coaching tool. Positive psychology, meanwhile, is the study of human happiness and uses proven techniques to life your mood, enhance your resilience, improve your wellbeing, and more. REBT is trans-diagnostic. It has a philosophy and framework that can be applied to just about anything. However, my main areas of expertise include anxiety disorders, stress management (work stress, life stress, you name it), coping with change, adjustment disorders, dealing with uncertainty, pain control, managing exhaustion (burnout syndrome, long covid, post-viral fatigue, confidence and self-esteem issues, imposter syndrome, and helping expats deal with the stresses and strains of life in a new country. Having an experienced and well-trained professional offer you a safe and non-judgemental space in which to explore and manage your life issues can provide immense relief and is often instrumental in helping you to regain control. I’ve helped hundreds of people either manage their lifestyle and work problems more effectively or to let go of them completely. I’d love to help you too.
