REBT is a form of cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) that is highly effective as both a form of psychotherapy and a coaching modality (so it's great of life and business coaching). It's also considered a school of thought, so it's a great way of looking at life in a much more calm and productive way. Clinical hypnotherapy uses the power of positive suggestion to tap into the power of the unconscious mind and also works well as both a form of therapy and as a coaching tool. Positive psychology, meanwhile, is the study of human happiness and uses proven techniques to life your mood, enhance your resilience, improve your wellbeing, and more.
REBT is trans-diagnostic. It has a philosophy and framework that can be applied to just about anything. However, my main areas of expertise include anxiety disorders, stress management (work stress, life stress, you name it), coping with change, adjustment disorders, dealing with uncertainty, pain control, managing exhaustion (burnout syndrome, long covid, post-viral fatigue, confidence and self-esteem issues, imposter syndrome, and helping Expats deal with the stresses and strains of life in a new country.
