Hello there, I’m Daniel. If you need help with your anxiety issues, or your self-esteem and confidence issues; if you want to learn some effective coping strategies to help you manage your stress more effectively, or if you’re feeling ‘stuck’ and don’t know what to do, I can help.
I use a form of CBT known as Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), and clinical hypnotherapy, together with elements of positive psychology, to help people deal with their life blocks and challenges and to achieve their goals. I have worked in a variety of settings, including private practice, private healthcare, occupational health, the NHS and The Priory Hospital. I recently relocated to France from the UK.

I have a master’s degree in rational-emotive and cognitive behavioural therapy and diplomas in both clinical hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy. I’ve worked online for many years and have seen people from all over the UK and the EU, as well as America, Canada, South Africa, and Australia.
