As a German, English, and Spanish-speaking therapist in formation, my goal is to respond empathetically to your needs and support you in developing a deeper understanding of yourself.
I am German and currently live in Mexico City, where I am completing the master's program in clinical psychology at the Universidad Iberoamericana. I was born in Tokyo, Japan, where I later spent three years of my youth with my family. I completed my bachelor's degree in Psychology and my master's degree in Cultural Psychology in Amsterdam. My interest in different cultures and their influence on our thinking and behavior is an integral part of my work as a therapist. This intercultural sensitivity allows me to better understand your life experiences and offer more comprehensive support.
As a therapist, I provide personalized therapy tailored to your unique needs. In our sessions, we will explore your thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns together, helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and create meaningful, positive changes in your life. My therapeutic approach is rooted in humanistic principles, integrating empathy, unconditional positive regard, and congruence. I draw from various therapeutic models, including narrative therapy, mindfulness practices, and cognitive behavioural therapy, to offer a flexible and effective approach suited to each individual. Through a respectful and compassionate dialogue, I strive to support your personal growth and self-discovery, creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.
