I am deeply passionate about creating a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I see therapy as a collaborative journey toward rediscovering your inner strength and build a life that feels authentic.
In my years of practice, I have learned that healing, requires a multi-dimensional path. I am a bilingual therapist with a background that spans from community non-profits to private practice, allowing me to support a wide range of individuals through the heavy seasons of anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions.
Having lived in both Mexico and the U.S., I am deeply attuned to the nuances of immigration and cultural identity. I am particularly passionate about empowering women to break old cycles and find their voices. Whether you are navigating a new diagnosis, processing a loss, or seeking to heal from the past, I am here to walk alongside you with warmth, trauma- informed expertise, and a deep respect for your spiritual journey. I also have a soft spot for helping clients navigate ADHD. Having been diagnosed as an adult myself, I understand the unique challenges.
My approach is rooted in genuine compassion and radical empathy. Whether you are navigating a difficult life transition, healing from past wounds, or simply seeking more clarity, I will walk alongside you every step of the way. You don’t have to carry your burdens alone.
My work serves as a bridge between the analytical and the experiential. I utilize psychoanalytic psychotherapy to explore our internal world, while integrating EMDR, Brainspotting, and somatic approaches to address how trauma lives in the nervous system. As a trained yoga teacher, and a somatic practitioner I find that incorporating movement and somatic exercises is often a powerful catalyst for regulation and change.
