I am a psychologist with a doctoral degree in psychology and have been working as a psychological coach since 2022. I support people in demanding phases of life, moments of stress, change, uncertainty, or the sense that something important needs attention but is not yet clear.
I'm German, currently living in Denmark, and have spent over eight years living and working abroad across different life stages and contexts, in Denmark, Australia and South Africa. I know from the inside what it means when everyday life runs a little differently than you're used to, or when cultural rhythms feel slightly off. That experience doesn't need to become a topic in our conversations, but it shapes how I understand and work with people.
Perhaps because of this, a significant part of my practice has organically grown to include expat clients. People living outside their home country often find that the coaching space feels genuinely understood here.
I'm a parent, which informs both my understanding of that life stage and the kinds of challenges that can come with it. Becoming a parent reshapes so much, from identity and priorities to relationships and the way you move through your days. If this is a topic you'd like to explore, it's very much a space I can hold.
I worked for five years at the German Aerospace Center, conducting psychological assessments for airplane and helicopter pilots, a highly demanding context where decisions carry real consequences. That work sharpened my ability to listen carefully, understand how people think under pressure, and bring psychological depth into focused 1:1 conversations.
What matters most to me is the moment when people begin to understand themselves more fully. When thoughts, feelings and inner dynamics become information rather than obstacles, clarity emerges. Many people carry the invisible weight of multiple expectations, roles and internal tensions. Seeing them clearly is often the turning point toward steadiness and more authentic decision-making.
