About me
I am a Certified coach and counsellor.
I am an expat, who moved from Ukraine to the Netherlands and after that to Italy, having gone through all the challenges of relocation dealing with bureaucracy, learning new languages, meeting different people.
Working for big and small companies for 10+ years, being promoted, learning to negotiate and to say "No", to finally realizing that it was not what I wanted to do to for the rest of my life. And switching careers from accounting to being a coach & mental health professional.
To all this in the past 10 years I became a wife and a mother, which added some extra challenges in my "boring" life but also a lot of fun, and definitely many new skills and seeing life from different angles.

Approach
I work with expats that go through some challenges and together we look into those situations and try to make sense of it, find the best solution for every specific case.
I provide a safe, non-judgemental space, and I am good at listening. I am also very structured and attentive to details, that’s why I usually remember small facts from my clients’ stories, and I like connecting the dots, giving them more food for thought.
I don't have a standard plan/ template of work for everyone, because you are all unique so are your situations.
Important note: Online counselling does not replace psychotherapy. In case of severe mental disorders or if you find yourself in an acute crisis, a psychotherapist should be consulted.
