I am committed to providing a space that feels accessible, genuine and supportive, and welcome anyone who feels they may benefit from counselling. I believe that when we feel truly heard and accepted, we can begin to understand ourselves more deeply and move towards meaningful change, resulting in a more authentic and comfortable way of being in the world.
Before moving into therapy work, I worked within prison and probation services, supporting people from many different backgrounds — particularly individuals dealing with addiction, recovery, trauma, and difficult life circumstances. That experience shaped how I work now: without judgement, labels, or assumptions.
I know therapy can feel inaccessible financially, especially for working-class people, expats, or anyone trying to hold everything together while adjusting to a new life. Because of that, I offer reduced-rate spaces wherever possible.
You do not need to be in crisis or have everything “bad enough” to reach out. You are welcome exactly as you are.
