I support people as a therapist and Heilpraktiker for psychotherapy, using a traumainformed, systemic approach. My work focuses on relationships, inner resources, and creating a safe space for meaningful change.
I was born in 1976 in the Lower Rhine region and knew early on that I wanted to work with people. Even as a teenager, I understood that real change needs time, relationship, and genuine listening — not just diagnoses. This has shaped my work ever since. Becoming a mother in 2009 and losing my sister shortly after showed me, in a deeply personal way, how closely grief, disorientation, and new beginnings are intertwined. It sharpened my therapeutic stance: clear, present, and deeply compassionate. For more than 27 years, I’ve supported children, adolescents, young adults, and families through challenging phases of life. I’ve witnessed many developmental paths, crises, and transitions — and helped people regain clarity, stability, and trust. My work combines therapeutic experience with a deep understanding of development, communication, and family dynamics. As a licensed practitioner for psychotherapy, I work with a solid methodological foundation, complemented by a trauma‑informed approach that brings safety and sensitivity into difficult moments. My background as a speech therapist and parent counselor adds developmental insight and practical orientation to every session. This blend of experience, knowledge, and attitude allows me to support people in a grounded, human, and holistic way — always with the aim of making real change possible in everyday life.
Strengthening Children, Parents & Young Adults
I offer a safe and respectful space where everything is allowed to show up — feelings, questions, uncertainties, wishes. With a traumasensitive, clear, and compassionate approach, I support people in
At the center are always the individual needs, boundaries, and life stories of the people who come to me — whether they are children, young adults in transition, or parents seeking orientation.
Areas I Support Children, adolescents, young adults, and parents sometimes go through phases where life feels out of balance. Many of the people I work with experience situations such as:
These experiences can appear at any age — they simply show up differently. That’s where I begin: by supporting people in a way that fits their current life phase.
