Clinical psychologist providing online therapy for adults. I offer an ethical, safe, and supportive space, using evidence-based practices focused on self-awareness, emotional regulation, and psychological well-being.
I am a clinical psychologist providing online therapy, and my professional journey has been deeply shaped by working with people who live in a constant state of emotional and mental exhaustion. Over time, I have learned that many clients do not seek therapy only because of a diagnosis, but because they are tired of holding everything together, adapting all the time, and trying to function in a world that often demands more than they can sustainably give.
I work with autistic individuals, people with ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, anxiety, and emotional difficulties related to chronic overload, mental fatigue, and emotional burnout. I have a particular interest in supporting adults who have spent much of their lives feeling “out of place,” misunderstood, or pressured to meet expectations that do not align with their genuine capacities and needs. Many arrive in therapy after years of masking, self-criticism, guilt, and a persistent sense of inadequacy.
My clinical work is grounded in evidence-based psychological practices, always respecting each person’s individuality, personal history, pace, and life context. I believe that therapy should not become another source of pressure or performance, but rather a space for pause, reflection, and internal reorganization. I aim to offer a safe, ethical, and non-judgmental environment where clients can better understand their emotional, cognitive, and behavioral patterns with clarity and compassion.
When working with neurodivergent individuals, my approach is guided by respect for neurological differences and by avoiding pathologizing or overly normative perspectives. The focus is on developing practical and personalized strategies for emotional regulation, daily organization, managing exhaustion, improving self-esteem, and building a life that is aligned with the client’s real needs, rather than external expectations.
I also support individuals experiencing depressive symptoms, emotional numbness, lack of motivation, or a sense of disconnection from themselves and their lives. In these cases, therapy is conducted gradually and carefully, with the goal of restoring a sense of meaning, strengthening internal resources, and fostering emotional autonomy, always respecting each person’s limits and timing.
I have solid experience providing online psychological care and strictly adhere to professional ethical standards, including confidentiality, responsibility, and respect for client autonomy. My goal is to help each person move out of constant survival mode and develop a more balanced and compassionate relationship with themselves, their emotions, and the world around them.
For me, therapy is a space for understanding, repair, and possibility. A place where there is no need to prove anything, only to begin taking care.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and grounded in evidence-based psychological frameworks, with a strong emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychological assessment, and a systemic understanding of each client’s overall functioning. Rather than applying techniques in isolation, I seek to understand how emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and environmental factors interact in the client’s daily life.
Applied Behavior Analysis informs my work by helping identify behavioral patterns, antecedents, and consequences that maintain distress or interfere with well-being. This approach is used in a flexible and individualized manner, focusing on skill development, behavioral regulation, and practical strategies that support autonomy and daily functioning. My use of ABA is not mechanical or protocol-driven, but adapted to the client’s age, goals, and personal context, with particular sensitivity when working with neurodivergent individuals.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy provides a structured framework for exploring the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through CBT, clients are supported in recognizing maladaptive cognitive patterns, developing more balanced perspectives, and implementing behavioral changes that reduce emotional suffering. Interventions are collaborative and paced according to the client’s readiness, ensuring that therapy remains supportive rather than overwhelming.
Psychological assessment plays a central role in my clinical work. I use assessment not only for diagnostic clarification, but also as a tool to guide treatment planning and monitor progress over time. Evaluations are conducted with care, transparency, and respect, helping clients gain insight into their strengths, challenges, and functional patterns, rather than being reduced to labels or scores.
A systemic perspective integrates all these approaches by considering the broader context in which the client lives. Family dynamics, relationships, work demands, cultural influences, and environmental stressors are taken into account to understand how symptoms emerge and are maintained. This holistic analysis allows therapy to address root causes rather than isolated symptoms.
Overall, my goal is to offer a coherent, flexible, and ethical therapeutic process that supports emotional regulation, behavioral adaptation, and meaningful change, while honoring each client’s individuality, limits, and life circumstances.
I currently work in private clinical practice, where I have been providing psychological care since January 2020. My work includes online and in-person services focused on assessment, intervention, and ongoing therapeutic support for adults and children, with an emphasis on neurodevelopmental conditions, emotional regulation, and mental health care.
Since 2021, I have also been part of a Center for Autism Spectrum Disorder Care, where I work with autistic individuals and their families. My role involves behavioral assessment, therapeutic intervention, family guidance, and interdisciplinary collaboration, with a focus on individualized and ethical care.
From 2020 to 2022, I worked at the Ribeirão Preto Institute of Neurology, contributing to psychological assessment and clinical support for patients with neurological and neurodevelopmental conditions. This experience strengthened my skills in diagnostic reasoning, clinical observation, and integrated care.
During the same period, from 2020 to 2022, I worked at a Child Care and Support Center, providing psychological assistance to children in vulnerable situations. This role involved emotional support, behavioral intervention, and close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
I am currently completing postgraduate training in Psychopathology and Psychodiagnosis, with a focus on clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and ethical evaluation practices. This specialization strengthens my ability to conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and to integrate diagnostic understanding into individualized treatment planning.
I am also currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Artificial Intelligence and Educational Processes, Phytotherapy, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). These ongoing trainings contribute to a broader, systemic perspective on human development, communication diversity, integrative care, and the impact of technology on learning and psychological processes.
My academic background includes professional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and ADHD, supporting my clinical work with attention regulation, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and cognitive-behavioral patterns. I have also completed a postgraduate specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), providing a solid foundation in behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and skill development, particularly in work with autistic individuals. In addition, I hold a postgraduate qualification in Thanatology, with focused training in grief, loss, and existential processes related to illness, death, and major life transitions. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Ribeirão Preto, Brazil, in 2019.
