I am a clinical psychologist with a background in high-complexity business environments, including leadership roles. This experience shapes how I understand pressure, responsibility, and decision-making under uncertainty — not as abstract concepts, but as lived reality.
In my practice, I often work with professionals who are used to functioning at a high level but find themselves facing burnout, loss of motivation, or internal conflict. These are not always visible problems, and they are rarely solved by generic advice. My role is to help make sense of what is happening beneath the surface and restore a sense of direction and control.
I work in both Russian and English and support clients across different cultural and professional contexts, including relocation, identity shifts, and adaptation to new environments.
My approach is structured and direct, while remaining attentive to the client’s experience in the moment. I work integratively, selecting methods based on the client’s situation rather than applying a single framework.
In sessions, we do not just talk — we clarify and experience. We identify patterns, separate signal from noise, and develop an understanding of what is actually driving your current state. At the same time, I support you in working through what is happening emotionally, so that insight is not only understood but also felt and integrated.
Depending on the situation, I may draw on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, and psychodynamic approaches. When helpful, I also use non-verbal techniques, including elements of art therapy.
The goal is to create a space where you can better understand yourself, process what is difficult, and move forward with greater clarity, stability, and internal support.
