Before becoming a psychologist, I spent years working in business and corporate environments. That background shapes everything about how I work — I understand the pressure of leadership, the challenges of building authentic but respectful life, the weight of responsibility, and what it costs to always be the one holding everything together.
I studied practice psychology and psychodiagnostics at Moscow State University under M.Lomonosov. I hold a Master's degree on Consultancy Psychology and Person-Centered Approach from the National Research University Higher School of Economics (Moscow) and after — completed advanced training at the Center for Studies of the Person in La Jolla, California — the center founded by Carl Rogers. I also serve as Academic Director of a professional person-centred psychotherapy training program in Moscow (pcp-academy.ru), and am a founder at an independent publishing house focused on psychology and personal development.
My practice is intentionally small and very personal. I work with a limited number of clients at any one time — because depth requires space, and real change requires real attention.
I work at the intersection of depth psychology and practical insight. My approach is about finding the root of what's actually blocking person's realisation — and moving through it efficiently, without losing the complexity of who you are.
I work with entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals who are used to solving problems — but find that the most important ones don't respond to logic alone. In our work together, you don't have to perform strength, explain your success, or justify your struggles. You can simply be honest. That, in my experience of person-centered co-presence, is where real progress begins.
Sessions are available in Russian (and in English as not native language), online and in person in Moscow.
