I am a psychologist currently training as a psychotherapist. For more than twelve years, I have accompanied people in very different life situations – from children with neurodiversity (e.g. ADHD, autism, giftedness, or developmental differences) to adults navigating personal or professional transitions.
I currently work in a clinical setting, where I support individuals with anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, and personality accentuations, among others. In our work together, we often explore themes such as self-worth, emotional regulation, guilt and shame, lack of motivation, and inner conflicts. Another focus of my work is the preventive support of individuals with sexual preference disorders and paraphilias, both in individual and group therapy settings.
Previously, I spent several years in a start-up environment, where I built a team and supported employees in their personal development.
My international experiences – having lived for several years in South Korea, the United States and the Netherlands – have also shaped my attitude toward counseling: open, empathetic, and culturally sensitive.
If you believe this might be a good match, I’d be glad to grow together.
