My work bridges clinical expertise with real-world experience. I don't just understand high-pressure environments from textbooks—I know them firsthand. As a former architect and project manager in Munich, I experienced the relentless pace of the modern professional world and saw how easily exhaustion can take root. This journey inspired my mission: to provide early support and foster sustainable mental health. Growing up between Germany and Iran gave me a deep lens into intercultural complexities, allowing me to view your unique situation without judgment. Today, as a state-certified practitioner specialized in Integrative Psychotherapy, I combine scientifically-backed methods with genuine empathy to guide your path forward.
