It’s good to have you here. Choosing to start this process is already a meaningful step toward your well‑being. I’m looking forward to our collaboration.
I completed my Psychology degrees (B.Sc. & M.Sc.) in wonderful Vienna before moving to Munich for my psychotherapy training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (licensed in May 2026).
Over the past nine years, I’ve worked as a psychologist and psychotherapist across outpatient, day‑clinic, and inpatient settings. My clinical focus has been on treating depression, anxiety and OCD, trauma‑related conditions, and personality disorders.
My work with people living with chronic pain has shaped me deeply. In a multimodal setting, I supported patients individually and in psychoeducational groups on stress, pain coping, mindfulness, and relaxation (Algesiologikum Munich Day Clinic, LMU Munich Headache Clinic).
I also had the chance to explore my scientific interests in sleep, dreaming, lucid dreaming, and chronobiology at the Institute for Consciousness and Dream Research in Vienna — a field I still find fascinating.
Since 2025, I have been working independently in international online counseling, supporting clients around the world in their personal development. In my work, I combine solid clinical expertise with a resource‑oriented, mindfulness‑based therapeutic approach.
I especially enjoy working with young adults and helping them find their place in life, build inner stability, and strengthen their sense of self‑worth in a sustainable way. At the same time, my broad clinical background allows me to work with a wide range of concerns and symptom presentations — the person always comes first. My goal is to foster self‑efficacy and to develop pathways together that truly hold up in everyday life.
The therapeutic approaches that guide my work include:
Behavioral Therapy (What contributed to the development of my symptoms, and what maintains them today?)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (How do my thinking patterns influence my difficulties?)
ACT (How can I relate to myself, my feelings, and my challenges with more mindfulness and openness?)
Stress Management (What triggers stress, and how can I reduce it?)
Relaxation & Mindfulness
Self‑esteem & resource‑strengthening methods
