About me

I work with adults who experience anxiety, emotional exhaustion, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. This often includes relocation, burnout, loss, separation, motherhood-related challenges, or periods when identity and direction feel unclear. Many people come to me not because something is visibly “wrong,” but because there is a quiet inner sense that something doesn’t feel right anymore - even if life looks fine on the outside. This feeling is often an important and meaningful starting point for our work together. How I Work: I work as a psychologist in a Gestalt and integrative approach, which means that our work is grounded in awareness, lived experience, and what is happening for you here and now. In sessions, we gently explore not only what you think about your life, but also what you feel, sense, and live through: - emotions that come up again and again - bodily signals that often speak before words do - patterns in relationships and ways of being with others - how you treat yourself, set boundaries, and respond to challenges in the present moment - life transitions and crisis situations such as loss, divorce, relocation, or sudden changes I offer a safe, confidential, and emotionally responsive space where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or rush toward change. We move at your pace, with respect for your inner rhythm and your readiness. This work is not about “fixing” you. It is about developing deeper awareness, self-support, and the capacity to relate to yourself and your life in a more authentic and grounded way - so that change can unfold naturally and sustainably. What Clients Often Bring: Clients seek my support when they: - feel anxious, chronically tense, or emotionally overwhelmed - experience burnout, exhaustion, or loss of vitality - struggle with suppressed or unexpressed emotions - feel lonely, disconnected, or unseen - face difficulties in relationships — with partners, family members, parents, or themselves - go through crisis periods, painful life transitions, or emotionally overwhelming experiences such as loss, separation, relocation, or other major life changes A distinct area of my practice includes emotional challenges related to motherhood, as well as psychological support during pregnancy planning and preparation for childbirth. My Professional Background: My professional path combines academic education, extensive clinical practice, and continuous training in psychotherapy. - MSc in Developmental Psychology — Finland, 2014 - MA in Psychological Counseling — Saint Petersburg, 2023 - Additional training includes Gestalt therapy, clinical psychology, art therapy, and cognitive-behavioral approaches. I consider ongoing learning, supervision, and personal therapy essential parts of ethical and high-quality psychological work. This allows me to offer thoughtful, responsible, and well-grounded support to each client.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Gestalt therapyRecommended for those who want to focus on the present and take responsibility for their feelings and actions to promote personal growth.
Group therapyRecommended for those who want to work through their challenges in a supportive group setting and learn from others who share similar experiences.
Integrative therapy Recommended for those who prefer a flexible approach that combines different therapies to meet their unique needs.
I work as a psychologist within a Gestalt and integrative framework, focusing on depth, presence, and the subtle processes through which a person relates to themselves, others, and their life. At the center of my work is careful attention to the here-and-now experience - not only to thoughts and narratives, but to emotions, bodily sensations, impulses, and relational patterns as they unfold in the moment. In our work together, we explore how inner experiences arise, how familiar reactions are formed, and what remains unexpressed or unnoticed. This process allows clients to gradually recognize their authentic needs, internal conflicts, boundaries, and habitual ways of responding to life situations. Awareness becomes not an abstract concept, but a lived experience - one that opens space for choice, inner stability, and more genuine contact with oneself and others. I do not work through rigid protocols or standardized techniques. Instead, I carefully attune my work to each client’s personal history, emotional structure, current life context, and individual pace. Therapy is a collaborative and respectful process in which psychological depth, emotional safety, and professional clarity come together. The aim is not quick symptom relief alone, but meaningful and sustainable change - changes that are integrated into real life, relationships, and self-experience. Clients come to this work when they are ready to engage with themselves more honestly and attentively. My role is to provide a stable, thoughtful therapeutic space in which complex inner experiences can be explored with care, clarity, and professional depth. I work exclusively with adults (18+).
