In systemic therapy, people are not viewed in isolation, but always in relation to their environment—be it family, partnership, circle of friends, or professional environment. Problems and challenges are not understood as individual “mistakes,” but as expressions of certain patterns and dynamics. Instead of emphasizing deficits, systemic therapy focuses on resources, possibilities, and new perspectives. For me, the question “What helps?” is therefore more important than “Why?”.
In my practice, I offer you a safe space where you can openly and honestly address your issues. My approach is:
Goal-oriented – it is very important to me to clearly define your personal goals from the outset. This ensures that we are all pulling in the same direction. We then work according to the principle of “as much as necessary, as little as possible” in order to achieve these goals effectively with as few sessions as possible.
creative – with openness to new ideas, I invite you to try out different perspectives and rediscover your own strengths. Change can also feel easy.
human – I treat you with empathy, respect, and approachability.
