We will address the current problem or situation that has brought you to me. Next to that and trough that specific topic we will explore you're default mode - what are your general behavioural and emotional patterns that lead your life (these are usually patterns that we picked up in our childhood as a way to survive or get trough difficulties but now we have probably outgrown them). After exploring these patterns we will address how you can mange these triggers without being too much intensified with them and how to overstep these so you react to the challenges and beauty of the present moment out of yourself and not trough these patterns. This is how you can create a new way to react to situations, think differently about the world and yourself and lead a different life.

By understanding your emotional, cognitive, and behavioral patterns, we can see how you are currently living – and from there, create a path toward where you want to be. Cultivating self-awareness and mindfulness is our starting point, followed by work on:

- Reducing anxiety, mood swings, and overwhelm
- Navigating intense emotions with more balance

🪴My goal is to guide and support you on your journey. We will work a lot on taking different perspective, questioning thoughts and believes, inviting the body to support us through somatic work and nervous system regulation.

🗓️Recommended session frequency
Usually I recommend weekly sessions or sessions every second week to use the momentum you started with. As your needs evolve, we can move toward monthly or occasional sessions. When you feel ready to continue on your own, I recommend a closing session to reflect on your progress and support your transition. I try to work on set dates to make planning for both of us easier but sometimes my schedule can change and also I’ll try to meet you with flexibility - please contact me if you havent found any appointments suiting your schedule.
🖇️ Payment and Cancellation
Sessions are privately funded and normally not covered by national health insurance but some private health insurers may provide coverage—please consult your provider for details.
To secure your appointment, advance payment is required. If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly give at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged the full fee. Exceptions may be made in emergencies, at the professional's discretion.
🌀General Advice
There is a scientifically proven “magic component” to this process - which is the fit between you and the professional. Always go for your gut feeling and choose someone who you will comfortable with and who you can professionally trust - it will speed up your process and enhance the process outcome in general. Wheather youre choosing me or someone else, this is the most important advise I give before sessions and this is also why I offer the 15 minute free introductory call.
