In therapy you find a place to pause. It gives you the opportunity to catch your breath, look honestly at your life, get support, and become aware of what you truly want and what you can change.
I used to be in architectural design and would work at the intersection of construction and IT.
I have personally navigated the challenges of motherhood, emigration, and career change, so I understand the nuances of these transitions.
I have been in my own personal therapy for about ten years. I am deeply committed to ethical practice and humanistic values.
English is not my native language, so our work may be more effective if you are also a non-native speaker.
Common concerns clients bring to me:
I work with clients through the lens of Jungian analysis. For lasting change, it's not enough to temporarily relieve the symptoms—they will likely reappear elsewhere. That's why I offer long-term work, where we can thoroughly explore what is happening in your life, what you truly want, and how you can restructure your life for the better. During our initial sessions, we get to know each other and collaboratively define your concerns and therapy goals.
In our sessions, you lead the conversation with topics that feel most relevant to you. As we talk, we will likely touch upon your childhood or painful memories. We will work with the unconscious through dreams, drawings, fantasies, and bodily sensations. Your own psyche will guide us toward understanding what is happening and how to achieve the changes you desire. Occasionally, we will discuss the dynamics of our sessions and our therapeutic relationship. This experience will help you see your life more clearly and build resilience.
I also have a special focus on working with mothers of young children. I believe the crisis of motherhood can be a powerful catalyst for finding new inner strength and meaning.
I started my client practice in 2020 during the pandemic and have been practicing ever since
I completed extensive training in Jungian analysis and defended my thesis in 2024. I received my higher education in psychology in 2020. My primary degree is in Civil Engineering. I also completed the first level of training in Gestalt therapy in 2021.
