Having once sat on the other side of the chair, I understand just how powerful and life-changing it can be to feel seen, heard, and supported. Now, as a practicing psychologist, that experience has become the cornerstone of my work, reminding me to always approach each client with deep compassion, curiosity, and respect. My journey has shaped me into a therapist who is open-minded, grounded, and attuned to the unique stories people carry. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to explore their emotions, challenge old narratives, and discover their own capacity for healing and growth.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and person-centered- drawing from evidence-based modalities, cultural insights, and my training in both psychology and yoga therapy. As a certified yoga trainer, I often weave in mindfulness and somatic awareness to help clients connect with their bodies and emotional landscapes, encouraging a more holistic sense of wellbeing. Whether navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, or life transitions, I support clients in tapping into their inner strengths with clarity and agency. I deeply believe in meeting people where they are, walking alongside them with care, and helping them build a life that feels more aligned and whole. When I’m not in session, you’ll likely find me soaking in the calm of a beach, or enjoying quiet moments with my cats.
