I was born and raised in New York, where I also completed my education and clinical training. I earned my master’s degree in counseling with a concentration in Marriage and Family Counseling, which shaped my strong foundation in relational work, communication patterns, and family dynamics. I’m currently completing my PhD, continuing to deepen my clinical knowledge, research skills, and understanding of complex psychological and relational issues.
My clinical experience includes working with individuals, couples, and families from diverse cultural, religious, and personal backgrounds. I’ve supported clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship stress, trauma, identity concerns, and major life transitions. Working with people from different walks of life has helped me develop a culturally sensitive and flexible approach to therapy that respects each client’s values and lived experience.
I believe therapy should feel real, supportive, and practical. Clients often describe me as calm, thoughtful, and direct in a way that feels encouraging rather than overwhelming. My goal is to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they work toward clarity, emotional balance, and meaningful change.
